Pastor Mulford was licensed and ordained by Faith Baptist Church in Sarasota, Florida. He received a degree in Bible from Heritage Baptist University and is currently pursuing a master's degree from Louisiana Baptist University. He became the pastor of Grace Bible Baptist Church in March of 1991. He and Kathy have four children and five grandchildren.
